সুপ্র-সাতক্ষীরা জেলা কতৃক আয়োজিত বাজেট পরবর্তী সভায় উপস্থিত অতিথিবৃন্দ



জাতীয় বাজেটে নারীর অবদানকে স্কীকৃতি দিতে হবে৷ সমতা ও ন্যায্যতার ভিত্তিতে জেলা বাজেট ঘোষণা করতে হবে৷ উপকূলীয় জনপদে বসবাসরত জনগোষ্ঠির জন্য পৃথক উপকূলীয় মন্ত্রণালয় গঠন করতে হবে৷ বাজেট বাস্তবায়নে গণমানুষকে সম্পৃক্ত করতে হবে৷ প্রত্যক ক্ষেত্রে করের আওতা বাড়াতে হবে এবং বিলাস দ্রব্যের উপর করের হার বৃদ্ধি করতে হবে৷ সর্বক্ষেত্রে সুশাসন এবং স্বচ্ছতা নিশ্চিত করাসহ সকল পর্যায়ে জেলা বাজেট ঘোষণা করতে হবে৷ বাজেট স্থানীয় পর্যায়ের চাহিদাকে বিবেচনায় নিয়ে জাতীয় বাজেট প্রণয়ন করতে হবে৷ সুশাসনের জন্য প্রচারাভিযান-সুপ্র'র সাতক্ষীরা জেলা কমিটির উদ্যোগে 'জাতীয় বাজেট ২০১৩' পরবর্তী পর্যালোচনা সভায় আলোচকবৃন্দ এসব কথা বলেন৷
সুপ্র-সাতৰীরার সম্পাদক ও স্বদেশ-সাতৰীরার নির্বাহী পরিচালক মাধব চন্দ্র দত্তের সঞ্চালনায় 'জাতীয় বাজেট ২০১৩' পরবর্তী পর্যালোচনা সভায় প্রধান অতিথির বক্তব্য রাখেন জেলা আওমায়ী লীগের সাধারণ সম্পাদক ও সাতৰীরা সদর উপজেলা পরিষদের চেয়ারম্যান আলহাজ মোঃ নজরম্নল ইসলাম৷ বিশেষ অতিথির বক্তব্য রাখেন জেলা জাতীয় পাটির সভাপতি শেখ আজহার হোসেন, সাতক্ষীরা নাগরিক কমিটির আহবায়ক বীর মুক্তিযোদ্ধা আবু নাসিম ময়না, সাতক্ষীরা কমার্স কলেজের অধ্যক্ষ আব্দুল হামিদ৷ মুক্ত আলোচনায় অংশ নেন জেলা জাতীয় কৃষক পার্টির আহবায়ক খালেদুর রহমান, জেলা জাসদ (জেএসডি)'র সাধারণ সম্পাদক সুধাংশু শেখর সরকার, জেলা বাসদের সংগঠন নিত্যানন্দ সরকার, প্রথম আলোর স্টাফ রিপোর্টার কল্যাণ ব্যানার্জি, পত্রদূতের উপদেষ্টা সম্পাদক আনিসুর রহিম, এনডিভির জেলা প্রতিনিধি সুভাষ চৌধুরী, পৌর কাউন্সিলার শেখ শফিক-উদ-দৌলা সাগর, আইএফআইসি ব্যাংকের সাতৰীরা শাখা ব্যবস্থাপক তৌহিদুল ইসলাম, নাগরিক কমিটির সদস্য সচিব আলী নূর খান বাবুল, উন্নয়নকর্মী অপরেশ পাল, তহমিনা ইসলাম, কলেজ ছাত্র আবদুস সামাদ প্রমুখ৷
আলোচনা সভায় আলোচকবৃন্দের আলোচনার প্রেৰিতে 'জাতীয় বাজেট ২০১৩-২০১৪' এর আলোকে এডিপিতে অন্তর্ভূক্তির জন্য সাতক্ষীরাবাসীর পৰে ১০টি দাবি গৃহিত হয়৷ দাবিসমূহ : সাতক্ষীরায় গ্যাস সংযোগ স্থাপন, রেল লাইন স্থাপন, সুন্দরবনকে পর্যটন এলাকা ঘোষণা, উপকূলীয় মন্ত্রণালয় সৃষ্টি, জলবায়ু উদ্বাস্তুদের আবাসন, পুনর্বাসন ও সম্পদের সুরক্ষায় পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত নারীর প্রজনন স্বাস্থ্য ও খাদ্য নিরাপত্তাসহ শ্রম মজুরি নিশ্চিত করা, অবকাঠামোগত উন্নয়ন ও জলাবদ্ধতা নিরসনে টেকসই দীর্ঘমেয়াদী পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ, বিকল্প জীবিকা ও জীবিকায়নের জন্য পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ, মানবসম্পদকে কাজে লাগিয়ে জলবায়ু পরিবর্তনজনিত ৰতিগ্রসত্মতা কাটিয়ে উঠতে বিশেষ পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ, জেলায় সুপেয় পানি সরবরাহের জন্য দীর্ঘমেয়াদী পরিকল্পনা গ্রহণ৷
